Roasted Chicken Breasts

Skin on/bone in Chicken Breast (how ever many you want to make for different uses for the week, I usually make 6 or 8)
Olive oil
Kosher salt, black pepper, paprika
Preheat oven to 350f. Wash and dry, with a paper towel, chicken breasts and place on a foil lined baking sheet. With clean hands, rub oil into chicken on both sides. Sprinkle liberally with spices on both sides. Bake for 30 to 45 mins. Depending on how much chicken you are cooking. Voila!
